Robert H. Lugg

Practicing Law in Clinton County, Pennsylvania, since 1985, Robert “Bob” Lugg has, for decades, guided his friends and clients through the mazes of home purchases, asset/nursing home protection planning and Estate Settlement. Robert is married to Carol, who homeschooled their now adult children.
John K. Lugg
Attorney
John K. Lugg practices law in Lock Haven and the surrounding area. He assists with real estate transactions, landlord/tenant, small business legal needs, and estate planning and settlement. In his free time, John runs the trails surrounding Lock Haven.
Vanessa Soo

Vanessa Soo is a Paralegal at Lugg & Lugg Law Offices. Vanessa is responsible for day-to-day operations at the law firm including but not limited to helping with Real Estate transactions, settling Estates, maintaining accounts, drafting documents, and organizing files. Vanessa is a dedicated employee who aims to have exceptional client satisfaction and with her diligence she will help us with your legal needs. Outside of her career Vanessa enjoys creating memories with her son through outdoor activities, baking and traveling.
Kaela Callahan

Kaela Callahan is a Paralegal at Lugg & Lugg Law Offices. Kaela is responsible for day-to-day operations at the law firm including but not limited to helping settle Estates, Real Estate transactions, maintaining accounts, drafting documents, and organizing files. Kaela strives for the satisfaction of our clients and will use her confidence and determination to help us and help you with your legal needs. In her free-time, Kaela enjoys taking the road less travelled and making memories with her daughter.
Angie Paloskey

Angie Paloskey is a Paralegal at Lugg & Lugg Law Offices. Angie is responsible for day-to-day operations at the law firm, including but not limited to helping settle Estates, Real Estate transactions, maintaining accounts, Estate and Medical Assistance Planning, drafting documents and organizing files.
In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys camping and spending time outdoors.
